“GoGlobal has enabled all employment of staff in a timely and efficient manner and has helped us recruit our growing team in China.” – Paul Roberts, Chief Financial Officer, McLEAR

The Need

McLEAR is in the wearables industry with operations around the world. We have our manufacturing base in China, and our operations needed a team in Shenzhen, which required the support of an Employer of Record service.

As we evaluated our options, we were impressed with GoGlobal’s track record of professional delivery of services in China and we made the decision to partner with them.

GoGlobal’s Expertise in China is a Game-Changer

When it came to hiring workers in Shenzhen, GoGlobal was able to hire and onboard our workers in a timely and efficient manner. They have a professional team in-country, with a very supportive account management team assisting our management team from the UK.

In terms of speed and compliance, our transition was very successful. GoGlobal provided invaluable insights to both our local team, as well as to our staff.

A New Step Forward with Recruit and Hire

Our GoGlobal account manager introduced us to their new Recruit & Hire solution where they can source and recruit new workers. Since then, they have successfully recruited two recent positions in a very timely way.

The addition of recruitment services provided great efficiency and has allowed us to focus on the main function of understanding the right candidates. Once the candidates were hired, the onboarding was seamless. We would recommend Recruit & Hire and will continue to use this service in the future as we grow our team.

Why GoGlobal?

  • Our team really likes working with GoGlobal, compared to other providers.
  • Our account management team works tirelessly to promote GoGlobal capabilities, which are extensive, and this shows the power of our partnership with them in terms of growing our success.
  • We see GoGlobal supporting your growth and expansion plans by continuing to demonstrate its flexibility and hunger to support us.
  • We definitely recommend hiring GoGlobal to companies looking to expand and hire globally.
