Esteban Espeleta

Esteban Espeleta leads GoGlobal’s global delivery organization, helping clients navigate the operational demands of international growth and cross-border operations. He works closely with teams across regions and functions to drive delivery excellence, operational consistency and scalable client outcomes across global markets.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning Asia Pacific, the Americas and Europe, Esteban has built and led high-performing international teams across complex, matrixed organizations. His background includes operational transformation, digital strategy and end-to-end service delivery, with a strong focus on creating scalable processes and high-performing teams that support long-term growth.

Before joining GoGlobal, Esteban held senior operational leadership roles at Vistra, where he led global operations and product initiatives across multiple regions. Prior to that, he spent several years at TMF Group leading digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives throughout Asia Pacific, helping streamline operations and improve service delivery across the business.

Earlier in his career, Esteban held operational and process leadership roles at IBM across Asia Pacific and the Americas, where he supported large-scale delivery operations and transformation programs within complex international environments. His cross-cultural leadership experience and people-first approach give him a practical understanding of the operational challenges organizations face as they scale globally.

Esteban holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a master’s degree in international economics from Shanghai University and a master’s degree in project management from Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana de México. He is also certified PMP.
