Jason Gerlis leads GoGlobal’s global revenue strategy, helping companies navigate the operational complexity that comes with cross-border growth. He works closely with clients, partners and internal teams to align commercial priorities with delivery excellence, helping organizations expand into new markets with confidence.

With more than 20 years of experience in corporate services and global operations, Jason has helped multinational organizations manage growth, governance and operational complexity across multiple regions. He has led international teams and transformation initiatives spanning North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Caribbean, guiding companies through expansion, integration and ongoing operations.

Before joining GoGlobal, Jason served as Global Head of Corporate Services at Ocorian, where he led the growth and transformation of the company’s corporate services business across more than 20 jurisdictions. Prior to that, he held several senior leadership positions at TMF Group, including Global Head of Consultancy Solutions and Regional Director for North America and the Caribbean. In these roles, he supported multinational companies, private equity-backed businesses and investors with expansion and operational strategy.

Jason began his career in consulting and operational transformation roles with Deloitte and Tesco PLC, where he led large-scale operational improvement and business transformation initiatives. His international leadership experience gives him a practical understanding of the operational and compliance challenges companies face as they grow across borders.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford. He also holds Prince2 and CIMA certifications and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
