As an Executive Director based in London, Moon’s focuses are in delivering client solutions and overseeing Central Operations and Compliance for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. She has developed the client operations team and led different business process reengineering projects in order to increase organizational efficiency and optimize the team’s profitability.
Moon has over 15 years of working experience in professional services, business processing outsourcing (BPO) and the HR industry, both in Japan and Hong Kong. Before joining the GoGlobal team, Moon worked as a director at Tricor and supported over 800 clients in expanding globally. She studied at Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo and earned a master’s degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. A Chartered Governance Professional, Moon is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) and the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI).
In addition to her work at GoGlobal, Moon is also the mother of two young boys. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially going on trips.
