Stephen Nicolaou is the Independent Contractor Solutions lead at GoGlobal. He works to simplify the legalities of engaging with self-employed workers and to ensure our clients are in full compliance. Based in Cyprus, Stephen plays a pivotal role in driving GoGlobal’s growth around the world through business development, contractor management and client relations.
Stephen is passionate about dynamic work environments, thriving on quick thinking and adaptability. This approach ensures top-tier service for clients and contractors. He has more than 10 years of extensive professional experience spanning independent contractor management, international tax advisory, Employer of Record (EOR) services and cross-border HR.
Stephen holds a BSc (Hons) and MSc in Sports and Exercise Physiology, as well as a BA (Hons) in Language and Literature. Outside of work, he is dedicated to staying physically fit through powerlifting and enjoys spending time outdoors in nature.
