As the Manager of Global Benefits based in India, Ash is a leading expert on international benefits. He is an invaluable benefit advisor for companies looking to expand their hiring plans into new regions, including remote workforces. Ash has helped organizations — from startups to major enterprises like Aon and Expedia Group — scale their employee benefits design and operations infrastructure. He is a passionate advocate for remote and flexible work.
Ash has over 11 years of working experience in consulting services, financial services, travel and the EOR industry. Before joining the GoGlobal team, Ash worked with Omnipresent (a European Employer of Record (EOR)) and supported multiple clients on global benefits set-up as part of their international expansion. He holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Business Administration from Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
In addition to his work at GoGlobal, Ash is a strong believer in ‘Osho’ and does meditation and healing at an Osho centre in India. He loves to travel and explore different countries and cultures. In his free time, Ash enjoys hosting family gatherings, watching movies, reading and spending time with his daughter. Ash says if he had one superpower, it would be the ability to fly so that he can see the entire world.
