GoGlobal Provides Free Non-Statutory Supplemental Benefits to Employees

From March 2020, GoGlobal will be providing additional, tax-free, non-statutory supplemental benefits to its clients’ employees in Japan due to its significant growth in the territory. These benefits push the company’s program into the top 85% of companies in Japan for benefit comparable and will be a benefit to all clients when attracting talents in the market.

These non-benefits include:

  1. Life Insurance: JPY 5,000,000
  2. Accident Insurance: JPY 5,000000
  3. Medical Support: JPY 3,000 / day on top of Japanese social insurance

Statutory insurances (Health, Pension, Workman’s Comp, Unemployment, Nursing Care) are standard and statutory.

Clients may also increase coverage, should they wish, for an additional fee, tax-free to the employees.

Ryo Yazu, Representative Director of GoGlobal Japan stated, “Due to our growth in the market, we’ve been able to reinvest our profits and negotiate supplemental benefits for all our client employees in Japan. We always viewed the business having two clients – the HQ as well as the employees we employ on behalf of HQ. We are pleased to support both.”
